Meet Chris Elmore

CPA

Chris grew up in Oakland county and purchased his first (and current) home in Waterford, Michigan, in 2016. Chris has been local to Waterford his whole life, as it is where his grandparents live as well as where he graduated from Waterford Mott High School and worked as an Adjunct Instructor at OCC Highland Lakes Campus. Prior to joining forces with K. Galloway and Co., CPA, P.C., he provided consulting services to two other local CPA firms as well as a non-local consulting firm. Prior to his role as a consultant, Chris worked in the private sector. He held separate and sequential positions in the financial reporting division of a Fortune 100 automotive and technology company and as a Senior Internal Auditor at an automotive electronics company. Previous to his roles in the private sector, he began his career by working as an external auditor and seasonal tax preparer at two different regional accounting firms, each with bases in the southeastern Michigan area.

Chris specializes in tax preparation, bookkeeping, assurance services, business consulting, and tax planning. He has special interest and expertise in personal taxation. He has served clients in a variety of industries including retail, automotive, service, not-for-profit, and many more.
